Always lots to do around our house. Blake and Luke were on their way home from camp, so while we waited for them to get here, we all kept busy doing "house stuff". Max helped Greg wash the cars, which he loves because it's an excuse to get wet without aggravating me!

As you can see, Max has waaaaaay less hair than in his sick-boy picture. It was time for the summer haircut, and he asked for a shortie, so he got it! Fortunately we have lots of sunscreen to rub on that noggin. Luke will need it too!

Luke and Blake just LOVE it when I take their pictures when they get home from camp..."oh boy, here we go" is what I heard when I pulled out the camera. (At least I didn't do it as soon as they crawled out of the church van/in front of their friends.) I think they should be used to it by now and just humor me. Which is what they did.
We were given lots of smelly, musty, damp and dirty clothes to wash up - our typical gift from church camp. They both had a GREAT time.

Oh, and Cassie - they didn't have to sing "gray squirrel"...we only sent 2 letters each so all they had to do was the chicken dance. I told them next year I'll make sure they have to do some bushy tail shaking!

tell those boys there is always next year....and if you give a little advance notice i'll be sure they are shaking those bushy tails nearly every day at lunch!! I'm glad they had fun, i'm sure you will be hearing stories for days.
Cowen...our kids still tell stories...remember when...my family is the same about the picture taking. The good part about it is that I am always behind the camera...hardly ever in a picture thank heavens! Love the new cut!
