one of the questions on the survey was so silly it made me laugh out loud! (i guess i'm supposed to say "LOL" but i just can't do that.) does anyone else find this survey question entertaining?

I love that question. I can not stop laughing! Not ethnicity or anything normal... but describe your self. I might put, other and then a lengthy description of how I am at that moment. Clearly not doing too well because I am calling them for a problem. Maybe that is what is wrong with them. Just by the sounds of the survey I would say that whatever problem you are having was not taking careover very efficiently.
