sunday night at church we had a focused time of prayer for sarah beth, which was an amazing time. we have such a beautiful church family. and they are devoted to prayer for her and for this family. we are so blessed.
while we did that, the children had a little party - they got to wear their pj's to church, which was reason enough to celebrate, but they got to do lots of other fun stuff too. monday was a day off work, and so if you know me at all you know that probably means a morning trip to starbucks. i'd hate to disappoint...kathy and i spent a little time (couple hours, if i'm honest) sitting in the comfy chairs drinking
our coffee and talking about any ol' thing we felt like. also (of course) took the opportunity to take a few pictures. this is freddy - he's one of my favorite barista types there now. if he looks confused it's because we told him we wanted a picture of him working making our drinks but then i kept telling him to look at me and smile. sometimes i'm a little confusing i guess. but i can't help it.
