halloween

halloween can be busy! max's school halloween party was that afternoon. lots of fun...the note we got from the school told us moms that we had to dress up too. last year i said i dressed up like max's mom. this year i was a little more in the spirit and after looking into all sorts of possibilities kathy suggested i dress up like a baby. i ended up in cupcake pj's and with pigtails. max thinks i should wear pigtails more often because they make me look "cute". i think not. that night was trick-or-treat. we always roam the neighborhood with some neighbor friends and folks from church. our friends the casertas joined us this year with their 2 little ones, which added SO much fun to our whole evening. they are just precious...saturday night we went to the pumpkin house. ran into mark, kate and sarah beth there, which was a fun surprise. wrapped up our evening at jim's spaghetti - one of greg's favorite places and a real treat for us. we even ordered dessert. =)
