today was pretty open for max and me. as i mentioned yesterday, blake is at all-state chorus. luke went to school. greg was at work. i've been out a couple of times in the past week but max has been in the house since we got home from the hospital last friday. today was his day for some fresh air and a little activity. we bundled up though, because his fresh air registered only 4 degrees, according to the weather channel. frigid. but great to be out and about. we met kathy at starbucks.
it had been over a week since my last visit...withdrawals? yes. max planned ahead and took a book and his game boy. as he told me when we left afterward, "you two sure can talk a lot!"....just spent some time talking to kathy/waving at people in the drive-thru/stuff like that. and taking pictures...we're still on our quest for a good picture of the two of us together. she's not convinced about this one, but i like it and she didn't forbid me to use it so here it is.
speaking of starbucks, greg found (and purchased) from ebay...the wearable equivalents of a red cup. he got a black "pass the cheer" hat and a red "pass the cheer" tshirt. so we'll just be able to be in a red cup frame of mind all year long!

im going to have a discussion with dave r. about gregs ebay disorder...make sure he's okay with it. im sure he'll be okay with his bargain shopping but he just may frown upon one having 3 cameras.....

You two crack me up! I'll have to say that all the pictures of the gruesome twosome have always been keepers in my eyes. I have to meet this wonderful friend next time I am home...that is if I haven't already met her and just can't remember because of that old age memory thing...
i think that shirt is going to shcnge your life! and i love that sarah b picture. she really does look like sarah beth again!
I heart ebay too. It is so wonderful. You can find ANYTHING on there! I second what Cassei said about the picture of you adn SBN it is so great to see the spirit within her eyes again!!! Oh and you look great to.
